@Steve B. i don't have it yet for rent until July (the townhouse we bought is a new development). We plan to rent for $2,500. Bought for $345,000. Not the best deal (I hope I had joined BP before buying my first home), but is what I have know and at least I will have some positive cashflow.

Hey guys!

I am new to real estate investing. Currently, I just got a second home which I plan to move in and rent my current primary residence. I am interested in buy and hold SFH and multi family properties around Portland, OR area.

Great to be here and learn from different investors in this great community!
