Hey everyone, just starting out, from what I am learning there is not much room for profit margin in my area here on Long Island. Can anyone tell me of any good areas maybe in pa, or Nj or surrounding areas?

I agree the club meetings are great, only been to one so far but very  informative . Great way to network and meet new people.

Hey everyone, I am just starting what hopefully will be a long journey in real estate investing. I am fascinated by the things I have and are learning in this skies the limit industry. I love people and am going to soak up all I can. So a big hello to you all!!
