Hi I am a novice in the real estate industry and would really like to create a better life for myself and family and get out of the rat race. I would love to learn about wholesaling land and breakout from there. Thank you

Hi all, Dan here. Sad to say my current state of affairs is not great for purchasing any properties. I would love to break in and change my path. I guess Wholesaling would be a start. I am on long island New York. Would love to connect with anyone who can help me break in!! thanks!!

Thankyou to both of you for your responses. Michael I will definitely check out those meet ups , and Cyprian I am currently working on my credit. I belong to chase credit check which is fairly new but so far very good. As far as being unhappy, it applies to my financial situation and my current job. I call it a job , because it's not something I'm passionate about. Just something that pays the bills, but not much after that. It has taking me a bit of time in life to stop being satisfied with status quo, but I know it's never too late. Thanks to both of you for your responses!!

Hi everyone, my name is Dan and I live on longisland in ny. I was on here for a bit , but got discouraged and fled. Well I am at the point where I am unhappy with my life, a point which if handled correctly will lead to positive change. I have little to some knowledge low credit and no funds. However that will not stop me. I am looking for someone to guide

Hey Richard, just starting also. From Long Island myself I'm in copaigue now, grew up in Levittown. It's def a hard market here. I haven't done anything yet myself, too expensive. But don't forget about doing something out of state. If you want to live in something you try and purchase that's a different story. But there are surrounding areas that are much more feasible. Even going east to some areas are better . Good luck to you and welcome to BP!!

Thankyou very much Dave. A little overwhelmed,  been trying to soak up doing deals w little to no money. It's just such a hard market I believe where I live, esp dealing with a hard money lender. It's a little scary as being fairly new . It's funny I have a ton of questions but can't seem to get one out lol

Hi all, I am new to real estate investing. I currently work the 9 to 5 , blue collar. I am eager to learn real estate investing and stop trading time for money, which the time part is a lot more than the money part lol. I am on Long Island by which is a tough market and not in a great spot financially. How ever I am very driven and I am a hard worker. So if anyone is looking to mentor someone , I consider myself to be a good pupil . Thanks all!!

I am just starting out and this list was tremendous. It is kind of scary, but I try and use fear as motivation instead of a block in the road. Your post was truly informative!!! Thank you so much!!
