@Sid Payne hahah we have the same sentiment here in Austin too!

@Matt M. I'm hesitant to "House Hack" as I really don't want roommates. The more I research the tougher it seems its going to be to find a duplex deal that works. My background is in multi-family land development on the engineering side. May just have to build a duplex myself! Obviously quite a bit more expensive but if I can make the numbers work I may go this route. I will be making trips out there monthly starting in July to meet with my new team and will look to be fully relocated by January 2020.

Hey Y'all - will be moving to Denver in the very near future and am beginning the early stages of learning the market. My goal is to acquire a duplex/triplex/fourplex to Owner Occupy for 1-2 years and move out and continue renting. I have been trawling the MLS/Redfin/Zillow etc... but have had a tough time finding deals that cash flow. Has anyone had luck with wholesalers or other avenues of lead tracking?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Post: Buy & Hold vs. Flipping

Apologies if this has been asked before. Just starting to research all the different avenues of RE investing and am leaning towards either Buy&Hold or flipping. I work full time as a Civil Engineer (50-55 hour work week) and will obviously have a tough time devoting time and effort towards flipping. I'm wondering if anyone has had success working as full time job and flipping or if the buy & hold route is the better option. Just looking to hear peoples opinions/experiences on this.

Thanks!
