Thank you for your response!

It was a pleasant surprise to read your post and acknowledgement that others are pissed off too at this guy John Thedford.   Sorry but it's true. What he did to me was 100% wrong.  I am still sooo upset about it. I thought that BP was this wonderful supportive world of like investors but it's not that way.  I have Busted My *** and taken financial risk to try to make something of it all.  And then this guy makes the wrong assumption of me and what am doing here in BP.  Ahhhhh

I have already reported this guy John Thedford to the BP authorities!!  He is now under investigation.   I am sure others will begin speaking up about their current or past experience with his bullying posts and his negative warnings.

I knew I was not alone.

Keep up the hard work out there Adrian.

This seems to be the way/tactic that you always use to promote YOURSELF on BP.  You act as someone that cares about what is right and wrong when it comes to selling property.   But you always have a way to include in your tagline; your name, services, license # and phone number.   Very conspicuous.... I wonder what BP's regulations are about this tactic that you use?    It's not right that you blatantly send out your post and you know nothing about the person/property at hand.

This is the ONLY house I have EVER posted on BP.  My very FIRST House.   I bought this house in MY COMPANY NAME and I AM SELLING.  I'M NOT BREAKING ANY LAWS.   So leave me alone and don't quote any Florida Statutes to me.    

And what about you John?  I called you a year ago when I was looking for private money.   The rates that you gave me were ridiculous.    What about the laws regarding usury when it comes to exorbitant interest rates that you want to charge.   And I'm sure it goes deeper that that with you.

   I will now look further into your tactics on BP.

But why are you on BiggerPockets telling everyone the same thing?  I've read your MANY posts to others!  Why do you bother telling/warning/scaring/threatening so many people about the same thing? And why me now?  What have I done to deserve your warning?  You don't know me....This is the VERY FIRST investment house I have EVER posted on BP but here you are to IMMEDIATELY  assuming and warn me about what I shouldn't be doing.  I don't get you John!

I've seen and read your similar ongoing posts now with many members of BiggerPockets and their property postings.  Ever since I've been a member I've seen many of your posts regarding "The Florida Statute".  What are you trying to tell me John?  Am I doing something wrong? If so, then I want to know exactly what it is!

John,  Did you have a question about my property?  I don't understand why you are on BiggerPockets quoting Florida Statutes?  Exactly what is it that you are trying to accomplish with your post? Please explain.
