This seems to be the way/tactic that you always use to promote YOURSELF on BP. You act as someone that cares about what is right and wrong when it comes to selling property. But you always have a way to include in your tagline; your name, services, license # and phone number. Very conspicuous.... I wonder what BP's regulations are about this tactic that you use? It's not right that you blatantly send out your post and you know nothing about the person/property at hand.
This is the ONLY house I have EVER posted on BP. My very FIRST House. I bought this house in MY COMPANY NAME and I AM SELLING. I'M NOT BREAKING ANY LAWS. So leave me alone and don't quote any Florida Statutes to me.
And what about you John? I called you a year ago when I was looking for private money. The rates that you gave me were ridiculous. What about the laws regarding usury when it comes to exorbitant interest rates that you want to charge. And I'm sure it goes deeper that that with you.
I will now look further into your tactics on BP.
