Hello Investors,

I have (22) Single Family Residential Vacant Lots in Florida that I have decided to sell off after holding for years.  

I am selling FAR below what I paid for them.  You will be able to determine this once you do your research.  I'm selling at 85% below the height of the market back in 2007  !!!

The Florida land market now has been turning around after years of declined values. 
This is a unique opportunity for someone to buy now and hold and wait until the market values increase even higher.  
For foreign investors, this would also be a great opportunity invest at prices far below what most Florida lots sell for.
This is a package deal that I want to sell now to (1) Buyer.  (1) transaction only.   I own all of these lots.  They are in all in my company name - Lotsource, Inc.
All taxes will be paid by me.  The transaction will close through a title company and I will pay for the title insurance.
