Hi Kristi, 

I am gator lending! Not a bad idea at all! You have got to be sure your contracts and terms are solid and ran through title to be sure you are protected.

Hello Jason! Are you looking to filp the home you are upgrading, or renting? Also what is your estimate of the amount total you will need to make this happen? Do you have a break down of the numbers? I might have a solution for you but would need more details.
