Waiting on one of our properties to close this quarter, currently looking for short term business lending so we can take care of employees payrolls while we wait for the property to close. Open to any replies.

@Jrell A. always great to hear from a fellow Texan.  First, I am a cash buyer so add me to your buyers list.  Second, this forum is more for lending on real estate...not sure if there will be many responses to your post here but I'll try.  I would approach the bank you hold your business accounts with first.  Then call around to smaller, community based lenders to see what they have to offer.  Maybe reach out to your local chamber of commerce to see what lenders they suggest?  I am not very familiar with payroll loans of this nature so even what I say might not be 100% right but that's where I would start.
