James, They had received the rents form the tenants each month on time but then held onto the funds. Each month I would have to call & email them about the my disbursement.  They would apologize for the delays and would stay they have been busy or sick. I only wished I had terminated them earlier that I did. I finally ended up having to threaten to take them to court in order to get my last disbursement.

As a property owner, my experience with MNPMC (sometime called MN PropertyNerds) as a property manager has been extremely disappointing. Over the past year, I've had to make frequent calls and send numerous emails—sometimes daily to MNPMC's office and the managing partner to receive timely owner disbursements. The managing partner has never returned my calls and has responded to only a few emails. When he does respond, it is usually to apologize for the missed disbursement or to promise action, but he rarely follows through, forcing me to consistently follow up.

In the past year, I have received my owner disbursement payment on time only once. The longest delay has been 54 days, the typical delay being around 20 days late.

I would not recommend MNPMC to any landlord who expects timely and professional handling of rent payments.

I am also interested in San Antonio and looking for suggestions on what area in the city to best invest in. I am a long-distance real estate investor looking to complete BRRRR's in the area that will cash-flow. I am also looking for recommendations for realtors and property managers that work with investors. Any help you can offer will be appreciated.
