@Don Konipol

How are you, Don?

Thank you for taking the time to share your insights and advice. I genuinely appreciate your perspective and understand the importance of focusing on one strategy, one property type, and one geographical area. Your points about the need for a solid education in real estate principles, finance, and law make perfect sense.

I have been on my real estate journey since 2021, and it has been both challenging and rewarding. I have faced significant obstacles, including battling stage 4 cancer, dealing with betrayal, encountering bad deals, and navigating scams with PML & HML, as well as challenging JV agreements. Despite these setbacks, I remain determined to succeed in this industry.

My initial introduction was meant to share my interests and long-term goals. While I know I can't achieve everything all at once, I believe in the possibilities that come with perseverance and dedication. I plan to focus on one strategy at a time while keeping an eye on my larger goals.

Thank you again for your advice. I will definitely take it into consideration as I continue to grow and learn in the real estate field.

Best regards,

Dana Fuller

@Arman Ahmed
Thank you so much for your kind words and for appreciating my vision. I’m excited about the potential to connect and exchange ideas with you.

Your insights on sourcing off-market deals and building a strong buyers list are invaluable. I agree that driving for dollars, cold calling, direct mail, and networking are excellent strategies. Focusing on motivated sellers like pre-foreclosures, tired landlords, probate leads, and tax-delinquent properties will be incredibly beneficial.

Building relationships through platforms like BiggerPockets, Facebook groups, local REI meetups, and utilizing data from PropStream sounds like a solid plan. I also believe that fostering connections with active flippers and landlords is essential for our success.

I would love to discuss this further and explore how we can work together effectively. Please let me know your availability for a call or meeting.

Looking forward to our collaboration.

Best regards,

Dana Fuller

Hi Alberto,

I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for sharing information about the services and opportunities your team offers—I’m genuinely excited about the potential to collaborate.

I’m reaching out to see if we might be able to work together on some real estate projects, particularly in the Central Florida area. I’m interested in understanding the requirements and expectations, especially regarding credit scores and resources, to ensure I’m well-prepared for a successful partnership.

Could we schedule a conference call or Zoom meeting to discuss this further? I’d love to explore how we can effectively collaborate and maximize our potential in this market.

Thank you so much for your time and consideration. I’m looking forward to the possibility of working with you and creating some great opportunities together.

Hello Everyone,

My name is Dana Fuller, and I’m excited to connect with this incredible community of real estate professionals. I’m a real estate investor specializing in diverse strategies, including fix and flips, wholesaling, buy-and-hold rentals, vacation homes, Airbnb’s, and specialized housing such as nurses' residences and college housing. While I’m currently retired, my focus is on reigniting my investment journey with dedication, resilience, and a clear vision.

My short-term goal is to secure my first deal in the coming months, and I’m working towards joining the Subto organization to expand my knowledge and build long-term success. In the future, my aspirations include owning facilities that provide shelter and education for homeless young women with children—a cause I’m deeply passionate about.

I’m especially interested in partnerships and opportunities in cities like Savannah, North Carolina, Texas, Hawaii, Florida, and areas across Virginia and Maryland. Savannah, Florida, and Hawaii are my key focus for vacation homes, while Texas and North Carolina present exciting wholesaling opportunities. I’m eager to explore deals and contribute meaningfully to collaborations that drive mutual success.

I’m also looking to learn more about working with social service organizations and impact investors to integrate community service into my real estate ventures. If you’re experienced in these areas or open to partnerships, I’d love to connect and explore how we can support one another.

Thank you for welcoming me to this forum. I’m looking forward to engaging with you, learning from your insights, and hopefully building some amazing partnerships along the way.

Warm regards,

Dana Fuller

 @Jaycee GreeneThank you for your question and for taking an interest in my plans. I haven’t discussed my real estate goals with any social service organizations yet. However, one of the ministers from my church suggested that I should look into doing so, and it’s something I’m seriously considering as I move forward.

I also haven’t connected with any impact investors, such as foundations or philanthropic organizations, at this time. Additionally, I haven’t run any programs or projects yet, but my real estate investing goals are deeply centered around both of these areas.

I truly believe that collaboration with social service organizations and impact investors will play a vital role in achieving my goals, and I’m eager to explore how I can establish partnerships in the future. Thank you again for your interest, and I’d love to hear any thoughts or advice you might have regarding these opportunities.

Best regards,
Dana Fuller
