I'm ready to commingle already!!!! What does a girl have to do to get paid?! No capital, brand new, and have been working the corners! Yes, I know "do a wholesale deal". But I have 2 sweet buy and holds and a flip ready for me ride. I'm willing to give anything, even my virginity, hell, especially my virginity!!!! Am I trapped in wholesale (self gratification) hell? Any ideas?

DC, MD, VA, SC, GA, LA, and now FL....I've lived in all of those places. First I was an accountant for 5 years, then a teacher for 16 years, now I'm trying a new field. Not sure how it will go...I miss my students already! I have until August to figure this thing out. Looking forward to networking and hopefully meeting some great people!
