So I've checked out some wholesaler sites, and they tend to say that bad tennants that they need to evict isn't a problem and a problem they can solve. How does a wholesaler say who's marketing to absentee landlords get rid of the bad tennant headache??

thanks!!

So I'm meeting up with a experienced investor for coffee later. I already have a few questions (podcast fire round and famous 4!!!!) in mind. But would love to hear questions from the community about what I should inquire. I'm looking into wholesaling or rehabbing.

thanks! @Aaron Mazzrillo @Denisha M.

I'm originally from NYC. so interesting that wholesaling on that scale is still possible and not unfathomable.

Hello all wholesalers,

I'm want to dive into wholesaling to get familiar with finding deals on my own. Then progressively move into flipping homes and buy and holds. But I live in Vancouver, British Columbia, which is an expensive city.

So my question is wholesaling more difficult in a city where real estate prices are higher cause deals are harder to find? or doesn't matter and motivated sellers will sell at a discount??

Thanks to all contributers!

@Roy N. : hahah... I do realize both markets are high, but there must be some opportunities or another strategy to start off with. persevere!

@Engelo Rumora : thanks for those recommendations. I'll definitely will check them out! How to win friends and influence people is one I don't hear often.
