How do wholesalers deal with evictions?

So I've checked out some wholesaler sites, and they tend to say that bad tennants that they need to evict isn't a problem and a problem they can solve. How does a wholesaler say who's marketing to absentee landlords get rid of the bad tennant headache??

thanks!!

The job of a wholesaler is this "Universal Problem Solver"

So we take on tasks others don't want to and for that we add value, and once you add value. You get paid.

You listen to the tenant, you learn the laws and rights of both parties and then you negotiate the best solution for everyone.
