You should most certainly make the first offer to her.     If she's not hard up for $$$ than owner financing could be an option.    If your goal is to pay the least amount you certainly want to control that part of the negotiation.     Happy to chat with you further if you want to give me a call.

This is a low key bar in Williamsburg. 3 Blocks away from the Bedford L train stop with very cheap drinks and a relaxing atmosphere. Easily accessible from most areas in Brooklyn and Queens.

The idea is simple. To network and help create community among bigger pockets members. Meet some great people and build together.

Any and all ideas are welcomed on how to make this event better. Please feel free to spread the word to other members and lets make this a huge success and worthwhile for everyone attending .

Hi Guys,

One of you may be able to help here.   My client is looking to purchase a building in Brooklyn using a 1031 exchange (funds are currently held in escrow)     From the purchase she will have 100% equity in the building  and is looking for renovation financing.   The building is currently vacant.    She doesn't have great credit  so likely be looking for more of a stated income loan.     Does anyone here specialize in that and if so could we get in touch today?
