Hope you all have amazing holidays.   First event of 2020   (also we'll be back at our normal location this month)

As I always say it really doesn't matter how long you've been involved real estate. a day, a month, a year, a decade whatever or just REI curious . We welcome everyone and hope to create a stress free positive environment.

The Counting Room is a low key bar located in prime Williamsburg convenient to the L and G train. Happy hour priced drinks and a calm/welcoming atmosphere. Come join us for a stress-free meetup of like minded individuals and build your network one conversation at a time.

Valley is great for low down payment in BK and Queens with no mortgage insurance.   TD is probably renovation loan i've seen.  Happy to help advise on this in further detail if possible

Hi all,  we are going to be changing the location of this months meetup to Radagast Hall & Biergarten  at 113 North 3rd Street.   Will be planning to post a new event.   Not entirely sure  if i'm able to delete this one.
