I am looking to expand my portfolio in the Augusta, GA area.  I am looking for general contractors, whole sellers, brokers, and lenders that are ready to do business.  Let's talk!

I am planning in putting a team together in Augusta, Ga. My plan is to purchase a property, rebab it, rent, and finance (BRRR). I am having some trouble finding a team that can do the rehab. Should I contract each job that I want done on the property to different vendors, or is the a one stop shop that has a team to get everything done?

Almost every educational venue I have encountered encourages me to find a mentor. I am wanting to know how to find a local mentor in the Augusta, Ga. area and how to broach the topic of them mentoring me?

I am planning on hold the property and putting some "sweat equity" into it. I'm and going to use that diminished expense of house to save for the next property, which will more than likely be another multi family.

I live in one side and have a tenet in the other. I currently have a property management company collecting the rent and dealing with the tenets.

I have purchased a duplex and I am at a loss as to what to do now. I really don't have enough money to purchase a new property, and I'm not sure if I should put money into this one, or to save for the next one. Please help.
