@Account Closed that makes sense. I'll make sure to take this into account when looking in the area. I appreciate it.

@Casey Gunzl Looks like we have similar paths. I just graduated college and also work for a General Contractor. I'm looking to work and save for about a year and a half while learning what I can about REI. San Diego is prime for buy and hold as long as you can find a deal. I'm also looking for duplex, triplex, or fourplex to house hack. I'm also considering converting garages on properties into granny flats that can be rented for additional income. Are there any particular areas in San Diego you are looking to buy?

@Danae Aballi I'm from the San Gabriel Valley but looking to invest in San Bernardino/Riverside County (specifically in Rialto, Colton area). I noticed a lot of properties stay on the market for long periods of time. Is this typcially because these properties have large problems (foundation/structures problems) or are people just scared to invest in this area?

@Paul Ortiz I'm looking to begin investing in the Lake Elsinore area in the next few months. Been looking at this area along with San Bernardino county. How has your experience been in Lake Elsinore? Do you know if properties stay listed on the market for long? Do you know any good real estate agents out there?

Thanks in advance for your help.
