Good morning BP family , I am justing starting out as a real estate investor and i plan to form a LLC. Is it better to have a company act as my registered agent rather than myself? Any advice/recommendation regarding forming a LLC would be greatly appreciated. Thank you best wishes for 2019!!!

@Mathew Zorn Hey i am still in the process of learning about wholesaling but the whole concept is to find a good deal below market value put it under contract and find a investor preferably a cash buyer who is going to buy the house for more than what you got the seller to agree to and you as the middle man get the difference from what the seller agreed to sell for and what the investor is willing to buy it for.

@Mathew Zorn hey i am pretty new to real estate investing as well and have a high debt to income ratio too. So for me i am thinking about joining the Game by wholesaling this way i dont have to use my own money or credit ..and i can just keep paying down on those debts.
