Dont worry about it crashing just run your numbers and if it makes financial sense for you just do what it takes to secure the deal. If it crashes you will figure out how to cross that bridge when it comes.

@James Wise its not unrealistic because i sure at least one person has done it that means it can be done. We just need to get rid of our limited belief and as Tony Robbins says its not the lack of resources why we are not successful its the lack of resourcefulness. So we may not have the money or experience but someone out there has it and may be willing to help. I like your post thou its a reality check that we just cant sit back and think everything is going to fall in our laps.

@Dassi Lazar Hi did you use a company to form your LLC and use them as your registered agent or did you do it yourself? Any information in forming a LLC would be helpful to me as i am planning to start one as well. Another thing is that i am planning to operate as a home base , so i was told i needed to buy a ups mailbox to use as my business physical .
