Mine is paid cash for it so I don’t have mortgage on the house the market where the house is hot and I’m trying to get them out fix it and sell it my pm filed for hold over let’s see how this will end

Hello everyone, one of my investments properties in Nc has a tenants that last time they paid the rent was January their lease ended in February 28 the PM who managing the property gave them 30 day notice but they still there what’s my options in this case I can’t evict them due to the moratorium in effect till March 31 and maybe they will extend it any ideas please???

Wow never knew that I think you right when you look at google map it looks so close to Firestone park, sorry i keep asking any ideas of warren city there’s a house there looks interesting??
if not where you suggest I should look at ??

Yeah, that's East Akron. When you need a roof replacement, you just put one of those blue tarps over the leak instead. Or you can create fencing through old tires and sheets of plywood. I reckon there's a shooting there every two weeks - I think one of the worst ones just happened two/three weeks ago where some 14-year-old kid was gunned down in his front yard.

If you're looking at Google maps, it looks very close to Firestone Park, but don't let that fool you, because they are completely different neighborhoods. Many houses in East Akron go for $20k-$30k whereas Firestone Park can often pull up to/over $100k.

Firestone park is a good area. I know people who have invested there and I have worked on several properties to get rent ready.
