Good afternoon,

I had a question for those that self manage their own properties. I love the idea of not having to answer the phone to unclog a toilet at the drop of a hat. What are some tips/tricks you use as self managers to streamline calls like these and how you get them taken care of without getting burnt out on landlording while also not having to pay 10% of income toward a PM?

@Brandon Carlson I am looking to invest in and around St. Louis. I am graduating in about a month and a half and am on track to get something under contract by the end of 2021. I have a number of real estate investment goals lined up for 2021 in and around the St. Louis area. I wanted to get a jump on finding a trusted contractor in the area because I know I will need the help at some point in the future. Any help would be appreciated! 

Hey Brandon! I know you posted this over a month ago. I was curious if you were able to find anything promising when you came out here? I would also suggest the St. Charles area and/or Chesterfield. Both are suburbs of STL with great potential!
