Im going to be really honest in hopes someone could give me some valuable advice on possible financing situations. Does anyone have experience getting a loan with poor credit (low 600's) and not 2 years of work experience in the same industry? I have a decent paying job right now (60,000) however I've only been with them for a few months. I know there's other ways around it but just want to see if anyone has gotten started in the same situation. Any advice would be great. This will be my first purchase and do plan to live in it for a couple of years refinance and move and buy more properties. Thank you!

Just want to hear people’s thoughts on getting started with 30k. Definitely want to find a good first investment to give me some leverage for future properties. But as far as lending goes and what to do after the first purchase to set me up for multiple other units. I’m aware of the Brrrr method and multiple other methods (there’s more than one way to skin a cat) just want to hear people’s thoughts and possibly own experiences getting started on your own (no help from family/friends etc.)

@Mihir Bhimaraju I have. Just wondering if there’s more creative financing options. Thinking of putting more down to keep my payments lower for when I rent it out. ( Get a little more cash flow a month)

I was wondering what loan was best if I’m looking to buy a house here in Indiana with the plan on moving in a couple of years and renting the house out while buying my second home in another state? Any info would be great. Knowledgeable about real estate prices/deals and I know the numbers have to be there on how good of a deal the house is but not too knowledgeable about the types of different loans/mortgage pricing just yet. Just now looking into it as I’m serious about taking the dip and buying soon. Thanks!

I am looking for some useful meetups I can attend. I am currently in Greenwood Indiana. I had the meetup app when I was in Ft Worth Texas the last couple of years and attended some great ones there but it doesn’t seem like there’s much on the meetup app for around greenwood/Indianapolis or surrounding.
