I was robbed two weeks ago --stole 2 furnaces, 2 water heaters and 2 a/c units in cages.   The next time they came back, Simplisafe alarm was triggered with no entry.  

I am now looking for an outdoor security camera that doesn't require wi fi.  (cellular)

I find opportunity zones investments provide remarkable tax benefits for ANY investor with a capital gain from ANY investment.  This is huge---not just for real estate investors.  (Way better program than 1031 exchanges.)  

Looking to network with investors interested in Indianapolis or with those that have formed (or thinking about forming) a qualified opportunity zone fund.  I've formed an OZ Fund here in Indy.  Has anyone else done the same?  Want to exchange experiences in finding qualified investors/properties and scaling the fund?

did Window World negotiate price for quantity purchase?

I've got the same here in Indy.  35 windows of various non-standard sizes for a duplex rehab.  Window World's first quote is $345 per window Series 4000 including window wrap and pre-1978 disposal charges.  trying to work that number down. is there another cheaper option? Universal Windows Direct?  local builder supply?
