Columbus Ohio Replacement Window Cost

Hi All, 

We have a project that we need to replace about 44 windows above grade and 2 block windows. I've been quoted over $400 per window installed by at least 2 contractors. We've gotten windows for less than $200 per window on the purchase (vinyl) and we just need to figure out the labor piece of it to bring that cost down. Has anyone had a significant number of windows replaced in columbus that could point us in the right direction or refer us to someone that it didn't cost 400 per window?
