I plan on bidding on properties on auction.com. Does anybody have any tips regarding this? I'm just trying to figure out if there is anything I need to know before I seriously staring bidding. Any advice on how to look for existing liens? I also plan on financing it with hard money. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

I noticed looking at the tax delinquent list that there are many properties under an LLC? The list is pretty big and was wondering if it's still recommended I call these properties or should I just focus on the other ones?

I live in the Las Vegas area and planning on renting out my house. Is it possible to transfer the property into an LLC despite having a mortgage on it? Any advice is much appreciated!

Wondering if you can help me out. My fiance and I are looking to a secure a 203K Rehab loan. I've got in contact with a few banks and they do not offer that type of loan. Anyone have an idea where to obtain it?
