I'm not sure what to ask... But I'm trying to find out about a property beyond the talking with the city clerk. The mortgage company they gave me doesn't have a direct number.

New to RE. I've been doing a lot of research. Came to the conclusion that I would like to start my RE journey wholesaling. This is to achieve my ultimate goal of buy and hold multi families. If you're out there and can give me some insight. Don't be a stranger.
