I'm a newbie to this site, and I need some advice here:) I've been looking for under 200k properties to flip in Southern California, so far i submitted 11 offers (all cash, 7 days close) for the past 2 weeks, most of them are short sales, non of my offers got picked... and I usually add 10k-20k to the listing price, based on my estimate, the offer price should be strong enough. Last week, my agent told me one of the offers we submitted had 80 cash offers!! So we probably won't be picked. Isn't that crazy!!! What is going on there?? Good ones, once they get posted on MLS, the next second they do not accept offer. How to get on their private email list? Or what is the trick to get picked? Anyone can give me some advice? Lots of thanks!
