Thank you for your response.  One thing I  don't have is time. I am trying to set it up and teach people under me how to handle the wholesaling. Are there people out there that set it up these up for you. Without paying some Guru $1,000's.

 I'm not saying $100 is too rich but I've only had 3 leads come in in 2 months. ( I sure some of that is my fault also)
