Hey hello bigger pocket friends, my name is Dain Caesar and I am a newbie on the block trying to start out in my journey in real estate with wholesaling . Question is what is the best way to get out and go searching and finding potential properties for investors, second how do I go about acquiring a proper and secure contract to complete the deal. And last but not least how do I go about searching and finding an investor or investors that are interested in the potential property

Well it's a new term for me to, it's an old school term for investors that have been in the trade for a long time at least in Maryland. What it means is a person that put in the time searching an scouting for potential property for the investor or investors, puts it under contract an finds an investor that is interested in the property that you have found .  

wow really, I don't mind putting in the legwork and putting in the work but learning nothing?   I mean as in everything else you have to start at the bottom and work your way up right?

Thank you Andrew, about the contract situation though pardon my ignorance but how do I go about getting a proper contract written. up is it necessary to get a lawyer?

If for nothing else to at least inspect the contract?

and what is the best way to go about developing a proper contract?
