That's what he was thinking. There's never been anything said, sent, or any contact about it in over 6 years.

If one person loan someone some money and they had a written contract but the person that loan the money lost the document. Also it's been over 6 years since this loan was made and there's never been any payments made toward the loan. Would they have a case in court? Asking this for a friend.

Cash flow of $160 month net after above expenses.

Good area I've lived in before for about a year. Dead in road in the county good schools.
