@Russ Loven i have advice. Don't go. My wife and I went to one in September. It's basically a long sales pitch. Sounds great but once you realize what's going on you'll notice what's about to happen next. Oh and the $200 dollar price for the weekend class id just for an even longer sales pitch.

That's not to say you can't learn anything. But what's there isn't as helpful as you might think. Ive learned more from the free book i got joining this website.

But bestbof luck to you.

I'm new to any type of investing. Was trying to find a niche. I don't really think wholesaling is for me and I'm trying to figure things out.

That being said, I was wondering if there is anywhere besides google that i can find sherrif sales lists? I'm in north jersey. The market seems to be saturated with fly by night flippers so I'm looking for something different. Any help would be great.

@Daniel Haberkost

That's a great idea. I'm going to look on the forums and see if I can find one in my area. I'm in north Jersey so most likely they'll be one close. Thank you.

Hello all,

My wife and I purchased a property in Pennsylvania. It's in a lake community with some amenities. Problem is that we've had the land for a few years now and we don't have the funds to develop it. It started as something to flip quick, (bought it at auction with intent to sell for profit). My question is, how can i find an investor who will help financially to develop and build for cut? And what would the appropriate percentage be? Any help is greatly appreciated as this will most likely help start a career in investing for me. Thanks in advance.
