How is the market in the Bronx Ny area for wholesaling, fix and flip using OPM, and lease options??? Thank you in advance BP.

Are there any local REIA meetings and meet ups in the Bronx and surrounding areas and boroughs.

I'm still pretty new to the idea of investing in real estate and wealth and financial freedom through real estate. It seems wholesaling or fix and flips are some of the better avenues to start in. If so do I start with looking for deals and generating leads or do I get the legal things in order accountant, real estate agents, attorney, contracts, LLC. Where do I start with a relatively small budget.

Looking to attend a local REIA meetings, ready to network, utilize my all of my skills to build a successful portfolio and have financial free for me and my family.
