Hi, my handyman had to return to his home country.  Anyone have a fair priced reliable one they could share on or off list?

Hi,  any good section 8 property managers for north philly / kensington?

If you are near UPenn you should have no problem finding groups of six that want to rent for the whole year.  Mid year not really.  Temple will be a lot more difficult to find groups of 6, however there will be a lot of students that will just want to rent for a semester and are open to living with people they didn’t know.

Seems like with so much development going on in fishtown / nolibs, wouldn't be able to get good prices now

Anyone have experience / intel with off campus housing north of broad around 16/17th and Montgomery / Cecil b Moore?   I looked at about 10 houses, and all were cash flowing.  Puzzled why so many would be available?
