I thank everyone for their response. @Brian Ploszay Me living in Detroit I see many renovations being made not only in the downtown area but also the urban areas daily. Their tearing abandon homes down and rebuilding the community. And to answer your question I do believe I would be able to find a decent tenant if that was the option I chose to take. You have bad and good people everywhere. How is the market in chicago?
