These are located in the city of St. Louis, they are not turn key properties however will be great section 8 properties. When choosing to invest in Class C properties, what do you base your decision on?

Hi Robert, I'm also from the same area and would love to connect and network. I'm looking for buy and holds as well as flips throughout Dallas and Fort Worth. So please keep me in mind if you know of any wholesalers who wouldn't mind adding me to their buys list.

I was taught " you cannot save your self to wealth" And that there are 2 types of debts 1.constructive ( good) 2.destructive ( obviously bad) Going into debt to buy cash producing properties is definitely a good debt.

You should look into home shield. Very inexpensive and it's only 60 dollars for a service call. If they are unable to fix the problem they replace it for free.

You can try a hard money lender and a gap funder.Or try a partnership on the property, maybe you can find someone who would fund the deal and you do the work . A few options. Good luck to you.
