Buy and Hold Investor from Dallas, TX
My goal is to build a portfolio of single-family rental units with an average cash flow yield of 15% or more. I started in 2013 and currently own 5 units. All units are currently leased under 12-month leases. I am interested in meeting investors with similar goals to exchange ideas, information about potential deals, etc.

@Robert Alberty- we are a bit spread out, but also with a concentration in the mid-cities. I really like that area and we are trying to pick up a few more there. There is a Meet up that takes place the last Wednesday of the month out that way. Look for a post from @Sherry Pattersonfor the next time and place.
