Hi Helen and All. Auction.com lists foreclosure, bank-owned and short sale properties. At this time, Auction.com has a very limited number of short sales.

Helen - I work for Auction.com. Please let me know if you would like to speak with someone in the area you are looking to purchase.

Thank you,

Cynthia

Hi Timothy,

Many of the properties on Auction.com require an all-cash purchase, but you can find some that allow for financing. I work for Auction.com. Please let me know if you have additional questions.

Hi Ryan. You are correct. This is typical with auction properties. The majority of our properties require a cash-only purchase.

Hi Ryan. My name is Cynthia. I work for Auction.com. Very nice to meet you! The seller of the property will have a reserve price--the lowest amount the seller is willing to accept for the property--that will need to be met before the seller is obligated to sell the property. Please let me know if you have questions. Thank you.

Hi Jeanni,

I work for Auction.com. Please let me know if you have additional questions or would like to speak to someone in your area of interest. Estimated debt is defined as the total estimated debt, plus court-imposed fees, unpaid interest and legal costs owed by the homeowner at the notice of foreclosure sale.

As this is the amount owed on the property, you will likely not win the bid below this amount. Was the estimated credit bid also available on the property details page?
