Buying properties on auction.com in Denver?

Hi BP,

Has anyone, or is anyone currently using Auction.com to purchase foreclosed properties in the Denver market? It seems that there are quite a few properties which can be purchased under market value. Of course, it is imperative to do your own numbers. I see these properties listed on Zillow when I'm casually browsing, and am curious who purchases them and how. 

Additionally, how is the process done? Do you need "all cash"?
