Seth,

Thanks for the above information.  Have you done it - bid on tax sales?  I plan to attend March 3 just to observe.  As for pre-foreclosure, is that why it says cancelled on the listing because someone got it before it will auction?  Below is a property that valued at $109, but estimated minimum bid is $18K; however, it's already been cancelled.  Thanks

@Antonio Coleman @Tyler Flagg @Account Closed - Thank you all for your warm welcome!  Antonio - Thanks for the tips.  Tyler - I supported Lackland AFB starting June 2006 - built our home, and I knew I will be back after I retire from the Army which I did.  Joe - I spend most time with my wife and kids, but I do go to geekdom in downtown area - maybe coffee?

    Best,

    Cliff

    Hello BPers!

I am looking for trustworthy property management companies to interview in San Antonio, TX.  I retired from the U.S. Army and now plans to expand to Multiplexes; therefore, I would like to have property management company to manage them so I can work on my business and NOT in my business.  This will give me more time to look for deals.

Any assistance, suggestions, recommendation, will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Cliff
