Does anyone know about the Amnesty program in Massachusetts? I'm thinking about buying a place that has a illegal apartment downstairs and my realtor told me to look into this program for low income housing. If any one had any information about this that would be great!

Hey everyone! I just got approved for a loan for 250k. The problem is I currently live in Hyannis,MA and my job is in Boston which is 90mins apart. I love the Cape and think I could make some good money with summer rentals. but driving to work every day is killing my car. Does anyone one know of any affordable places outside Boston or has anyone invested on the Cape? I would love to here any advise as I move forward on my journey. Thanks

Thanks to all you guys. This will be a great help!

I got a new job as a Acquisition Manager for FDR Homes. And my job is to find distressed properties that we can buy, fix and flip. I'm walking around every day with a note pad taken down the addresses I think would be a good fit. Then calling them the next day from the yellow pages but I get a lot of no pick ups. Or out of service phone. Any one have any advice for this beginner?

When does this person need a room by? My parents live in Hyaniss and might be intrested in renting a room. @Chris Frydenlund

Hey everyone I am just starting out and I've been searching for a multi family. But I don't have enough money saved up to put 20% down. Which means I have to pay PMI. Does anyone know away around this? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Chris Verissimo
