New Member in New Hampshire!
Hello BP!
I have been a member for about a year and wanted to finally introduce myself. My name is Jay Groleau, and I live in Rye, New Hampshire, which is a small seacoast town an hour North of Boston. I have lived here most of my life, and have been a real estate appraiser here for 12 years.
I have never owned or invested in real estate myself, but figured it was about time I started. I have been ripping through past podcasts, which are incredibly helpful, and have just begun reading through the forums.
