Everyone knows that flipping houses can be a very lucrative strategy, however, if you evaluate a property incorrectly prior to making an offer you may quickly find yourself stuck in a bad deal that could potentially cost you thousands.

During this 1-hour online training, I will be teaching you how to analyze and evaluate properties as potential fix & flip projects. With the information, taught here and a little practice, you will be able to make offers with confidence and flip houses at a profit.

This webinar will be broadcast live on Zoom Wednesday, December 19th at 8:00 pm - 9pm MST. You can access this Zoom webinar on your computer or smartphone by clicking the link below:

We look forward to seeing you there! Be sure to come online with your glass of eggnog and a pen and paper. Math class has never been this much fun!

Have you ever been unsure about how to analyze and evaluate a real estate deal? Or possibly confused as to whether a particular property deal would be better suited as a fix & flip, rental property, wholesale or maybe not a deal at all?

We are excited to be hosting our first "Real Estate Deal Analysis Workshop". At the workshop, Cal Ewing and Adeline Sprague will analyze a real property deal, showing you how they crunch the numbers and compare the return on investment under multiple exit strategies. After the presentation, it will be your turn to analyze a deal. As part of a small group, you will decide together what exit strategy would be best to use for your deal.

The event will be held at the Hunter Hub for Entrepreneurial Thinking located in the basement of the MacEwan Student Center (MSC 171) at the University of Calgary - https://go.ucalgary.ca/hunter-hub . The venue has coffee machines on site and there are plenty of vending machines around the MacEwan Student Center.

Can't wait to see you there!

If there are any Calgary Investors who either already do deals in the USA or are seriously thinking about buying houses south of the border, I am starting a new monthly meet-up group called "US Real Estate Investing For Canucks".  I'll post the Meet-up link but it might get removed by BP admin.  If so, message me for details if you would like to check it out.

We will have a monthly guest speaker that will handle topics that address specific challenges related to investing remotely and as a Canadian buying in the US.  I am also toying with the idea of having a mastermind component to the meeting as well.

Looking forward to having you join.
