Have you ever been unsure about how to analyze and evaluate a real estate deal? Or possibly confused as to whether a particular property deal would be better suited as a fix & flip, rental property, wholesale or maybe not a deal at all?

We are excited to be hosting our first "Real Estate Deal Analysis Workshop". At the workshop, Cal Ewing and Adeline Sprague will analyze a real property deal, showing you how they crunch the numbers and compare the return on investment under multiple exit strategies. After the presentation, it will be your turn to analyze a deal. As part of a small group, you will decide together what exit strategy would be best to use for your deal.

The event will be held at the Hunter Hub for Entrepreneurial Thinking located in the basement of the MacEwan Student Center (MSC 171) at the University of Calgary - https://go.ucalgary.ca/hunter-hub . The venue has coffee machines on site and there are plenty of vending machines around the MacEwan Student Center.
