    Welcome to BP! I don't know anything about California law but to answer your 1st question you will be able to gather more info on the renters during your due diligence process i.e. rent roll, examine current leases etc. Also the seller should be able to transfer current security deposits that they have to you.

Hi everyone,

   I just wanted to take some time and introduce myself to the BP community. I currently work for a propane gas co. and am planning on transitioning into Real Estate Investment. I have no previous Real World Real Estate experience, but i have consistently been feeding my mind through books from Robert Kiyosaki and Ken McElroy to name a few.
