@Bob Malecki and @Chris Seveney

I have been trying to research more of the numbers behind note investing so I can do my own buying. Is there a good resource that gets to the specifics like you worked through for Jess?

I read Dave Van Horn's book and its great about getting into the basics of what note investing is and where to do it and principle. I have also gone through various posts and online but I havent been finding the actual numbers game

Is there a specific value calculator like Bob talked about? I see that Bob is a podcast guest - so Ill check that out as well.

Thanks for any insight gentlemen!

Csilla

Has anyone in the community worked with P/M company called Kansas City Property Solutions. Can"t really find a lot of reviews on them. If anyone has a company they can recommend we would appreciate that also

@Stephanie Baucke

Michelle Lutz is our R/E agent there and she is fantastic, also on BP. Primarily commercial but sure she could point you in the right direction!

I'm an investor looking into that market, primarily multi family but will consider SFR. Thank you for your recommendations.
