Hi Bigger Pockets community,

Has anyone had any experience with renting to traveling nurses or medical professionals? Where do these individals find their temporary homes? Is there a popular site? 

I checked with the hospitals and they dont have anything directly with the traveling medical professionals? 

Any ideas would be welcomed!

I will be in Cleveland OH in October 2019 for a work conference. I have invested in the midwest in the past and looking to move back into the Cleveland, OH market.

@Frank S., Thank you. Have you done this before? Do you know the average cost and is this a 2 man job? Would you suggest doing the whole 8 plex at once? the top units run to the bottom units then into the stack. so 4 units per stack, I'm assuming the other units would probably be the same as we are finding deferred maintenance so best to bite the bullet and do the lot?

Hello BP community. I have a plumbing question hoping someone can help with!!!

we have an 8 plex we just purchased. The drain lines leading into the stack are galvanized steel and are clogged up with grease and debris. It is a 2 in" pipe but down to 1 in" due to build up, what would be your suggestion to clear these lines? PM company is suggesting jet washing or re routing lines into the stack. is there another way i.e snaking that would remove this debris? Is this a complete re plumbing job that we are about to have to do on this property? Any advice would be really useful. Not sure if this is posted in the correct area but hey!
