What are the different options out there for getting your realtor license?  

I'm in the Austin area and looking to start networking on bigger pockets. Want to start talking to realtor that work primarily on multifamily investment property. Planning on investing and learning more of the business in the coming year.

@Jacob Pereira how did you get started in getting a multi family.  Do you mind sharing how you got started?  I would like to pick your brain about how to find the deals and network.  I have been thinking about the east side and around north east area.

My goal is to get a 2-4 multi family unit.  Is this too big a jump as a new start up?
