Saw a home by my moms house that had a for sale sign up and a for rent sign up. this home has been up for rent once before last year. its owned and it seems like hes trying to get rid of it, so I think I could get it for a good price. if anyone is interested on making a deal, feel free to message me.

hi @Wes Young. I'm a newbie investor from OKC, I just joined BP about 2 days ago as well. The feedback that I have been getting is great here so I'm sure you will have an awesome time. I am goin to my first REIA meeting today(6/9/16) there will be alot of Realtors, lawyers, etc... it's a great place for networking. You should definitely check it out if you have the time. They only have that meeting once a month. Anyways I wish you the best in all your success. Take care.
