Can you please share which lenders you are using? I need several cash out refi’s for Brrrrs in the Memphis market. My usual lenders have closed up shop.

Anyone know of TN lenders doing cash out refi’s for Brrrr? I’ve been ghosted by 5 lenders.

If I can’t refi our, I’ll have to start canceling Escrow’s.
