Seller Has No Info Required By Bank
So Im in the middle of my first solo shortsale. As you guys know, the bank requires w-2's, and all kinds of other income info from the seller. Well, the seller has nothing. She has no banks accounts, has no recent w-2's. The place is abandoned, and it will definately foreclose, if they dont short.
I havent called the bank back yet, and was wondering if anyone has come across a situation like this, and what the outcome was.
There is probably 50K involved total, so Id like to make this work.
